#4 Technology is a wonderful thing.

If someone had told me a year ago or even a month ago that doing a training course would turn me into an IT nerd I would have laughed at them. I am enjoying learning about Blogs and Flickr in fact i can't stop following the links that lead to more information.
When I started work in 1979 at NRMA in Canberra we had 1 computer terminal and a terminal operator. We could only get a little bit of information from computer records and it took about 15 minutes for every enquiry. You also had to ask the computer for the information using complicated codes. The computer itself took up an entire floor of a large office block.

Now I have my own Blog, I couldn't imagine doing this 28 years ago. I love technology!

Stormers bring home the NRL Cup

The mighty Storm have won the NRL Premiership by flogging Manly in the best NRL Grand Final since 1999. Hang your heads Sydneysiders Melbourne is the best. I am very proud of my team and thank them for the excellent effort they have put in throughout 2007. Go Stormers!!!!!
I am also proud to post that Melbourne Storm have had 5 players picked for the up coming international Australia v New Zealand.

I Love Blogging!

I am seriously into this blogging what fun! It is soooo adddictive I am going to have to go to BAs soon. As my beloved Saints are out of the race I have to say go Pies for the finals.
